The Staffing Consultantwill recruit qualified healthcare professionalswith a specific focus on Mental Health Professionals, RN/LPNs,andmanagement positions in addition to various exempt and non-exempt staff.
The Staffing Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates in order to meet assigned contract requirements. Staffing Consultants are accountable for the full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to pre-screening, strategic recruitment, planning, communication with site management, and maintaining the talent acquisition database of all candidate information.
In this position, you will work in our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA with some travel to various sites and events.
