POSITION: Qualified Mental Health Professional
SCHEDULE: Opportunities available for morning and evening shifts
FACILITY: Robinson Correctional Center
LOCATION: Robinson, Illinois
PAY RATE: $32/hour (non-clinical) | $36/hour (clinical)

Position Summary
As a Qualified Mental Health Professional in our facility, you’ll do more than care for patients – you’ll lead, support, and advocate. You’ll play a key role in supporting mental health treatment planning, facilitating therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with medical and correctional staff to maintain continuity of care. Whether you’re conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, or advocating for patient needs, your clinical expertise will make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current Illinois license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or ALMFT)
- CPR certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or ASHI)
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
- Correctional experience is a plus, but not required
