LOCATION: Stateville Northern Reception Center Medical Unit, Crest Hill, IL
HOURS: Part time -three 8-hour weekdays
STATUS: Independent Contractor or Employee Status
COMPENSATION: Guaranteed hourly rate includes medical malpractice insurance
Estimated Rate $95.00 – $115.00

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Dentist is responsible and accountable for being a part of the supervising team overseeing the dental staff and the dental activity as well as for providing oral health care to patients such as fillings, extractions, dentures, root canals, etc.
LICENSING: Current Illinois State Dental license
CERTIFICATION:
- Current DEA certificate
- Current CPR certification
EDUCATION: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum one (1) year practicing dentistry.
