POSITION: Assistant Site Manager/Nurse Coordinator
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 7a-3:30p, weekends off
FACILITY: Eastern Regional Jail
LOCATION: Martinsburg, West Virginia

Position Summary
In this role, you’ll partner with the Health Services Administrator to support daily healthcare operations while maintaining strong clinical standards. You will:
- Assist in managing clinical operations and supporting patient care delivery
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care across departments and outside providers
- Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Participate in policy development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain coverage
- Review incidents, medication errors, and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Assist with reports, compliance, and regulatory standards

What You’ll Need
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted LPN license required; RN preferred
- Current CPR certification
- 2–3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
