POSITION: MAT Nurse
SCHEDULE: Opportunities available for day, evening, and night shifts

As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with opioid use disorders through every stage of treatment and recovery.
Position Summary
As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment services to patients with opioid use disorders. Working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will:
- Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
- Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
- Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
- Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
- Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements

What You’ll Need
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
