POSITION: Human Resources Generalist – entry level
SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
FACILITY: WHS Corporate Office
LOCATION: Green Tree, Pittsburgh, PA (onsite)

POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing Human Resources support for managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and enter new employee information into Human Resources Information System
- Make changes to current employee statuses
- Collaborate with Staffing and Payroll departments with onboarding new hires and any changes with current employees
- Collaborate with HRIS department on utilizing system and any changes that are made
- Train site managers on HR policies, procedures and HRIS usage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
LICENSING: None required
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess good follow-up skills.
- Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Must have computer knowledge and able to navigate UKG H.R.I.S
