Are you ready to lead addiction treatment services where your clinical expertise can restore lives and build pathways to recovery?

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. has been delivering compassionate, evidence-based healthcare to justice-involved individuals for over 30 years. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT/MOUD) programs are transforming outcomes for patients with opioid and substance use disorders—and your leadership will help drive that impact forward.

Position Summary
As the MAT/MOUD Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily program operations while providing hands-on clinical care to patients in all phases of treatment. Working under the direction of addiction program leadership, you’ll ensure compliance, coordinate care, and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to recovery-focused outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the MAT/MOUD program, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Supervising and supporting program staff, including involvement in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Coordinating patient-centered care for individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment, from induction through stabilization and maintenance
  • Performing clinical duties including assessments, triage, medication administration (injections and oral), observed dosing, and ongoing monitoring
  • Conducting risk assessments and determining appropriate level and urgency of care
  • Collaborating with providers, nursing staff, pharmacies, and external partners to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment
  • Managing program data, maintaining patient databases, and preparing reports related to clinical, operational, and quality outcomes
  • Leading quality assurance efforts, identifying trends, and implementing corrective action plans as needed
  • Facilitating audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting regulatory readiness
  • Coordinating and leading program meetings, ensuring communication across site and corporate teams
  • Providing training and education to staff on MAT/MOUD workflows, best practices, and program expectations
  • Supporting patient engagement through education, advocacy, and a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach
  • Monitoring patient progress through sick calls, chronic care clinics, lab work, and toxicology screenings
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and ensuring strict patient confidentiality
  • Acting as a liaison between patients, providers, facility leadership, and corporate teams to support program success

You’ll go beyond coordination.
You’ll lead a program that brings structure, support, and real recovery opportunities to patients who need it most.
