- Supervising and supporting program staff, including involvement in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinating patient-centered care for individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment, from induction through stabilization and maintenance
- Performing clinical duties including assessments, triage, medication administration (injections and oral), observed dosing, and ongoing monitoring
- Conducting risk assessments and determining appropriate level and urgency of care
- Collaborating with providers, nursing staff, pharmacies, and external partners to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment

- Leading quality assurance efforts, identifying trends, and implementing corrective action plans as needed
- Facilitating audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting regulatory readiness
- Coordinating and leading program meetings, ensuring communication across site and corporate teams
- Providing training and education to staff on MAT/MOUD workflows, best practices, and program expectations
- Supporting patient engagement through education, advocacy, and a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach
- Monitoring patient progress through sick calls, chronic care clinics, lab work, and toxicology screenings
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and ensuring strict patient confidentiality
